PARIS - No. 3 seed Alexander Zverev is back in the semifinals of the French Open after defeating Roberto Bautista Agut 6-4, 6-4, 4-6 in the quarterfinals. Zverev will face rising star Carlos Alcaraz in the semifinals, in a match that promises to be a thrilling battle.
Zverev's Dominant Performance
Zverev was in impressive form throughout the match, controlling the pace with his powerful serve and groundstrokes. He broke Bautista Agut's serve twice in the first set and once in the second set, while saving three break points of his own. Despite Bautista Agut's late fightback in the third set, Zverev remained composed and closed out the match in straight sets.
Alcaraz's Challenge
